We manage the commercial lettings of Warwick Schools Foundation facilities hire. We also provide holiday camps with Holiday Action Club and Sports Camps. Our Sports Centre is home to Swim School with a variety of hiring opportunities, including fully staffed sporting birthday parties. Our impressive and flexible venue spaces mean that we can also provide residential lettings, film and location hire, sports tours, theatre hire, full conferencing services including weddings and networking events.

The Leamington Spa train station is only 1.7 miles away, and Birmingham International Airport is just a 45-minute drive. Please note that on-site parking is limited at this location.
